Falafel Bro is a vegan street food cafe aiming to serve outstanding falafel. Our project is inspired by the dream of a vegan chain changing the way people consider vegan food, showing how delicious and satisfying it really is.

2016
First Falafel Bro stall poped up on a Fermers' market in VDNH Moscow park. We presented
our falafel to many people who never
heard about it before.

2017
Being part of "PopUp" initiative run by the "Local Food" enterprise we were chosen to introduce our starting up food project to the customers of the ObedBufet's foodcourts. One month we worked inside ObedBufet Voykovskaya, and one more — inside ObedBufet New Arbat. We also took part in several vegetarian markets and festivals that year.
2018
We opened our first cafe in the Moscow downtown, close to Mayakovskaya metro station. Here we combined our cosmic falafel with the amazing coffee made on 6 kinds of plant milk.
2019
In January we opened our second cafe — near m. Marksistskaya, in the Smena food-court.
We took first two places in the list of Best Vegan and Vegetarian Cafes in Moscow according to HappyCow website.
